    Thank you! As I said in my thread, there's not even one song on this album worthy of being a f---ing single. Worst. Album. Ever! Why people are pretending it's good just because it's a Dre album is totally beyond me.

    EDIT: That's actually an insult to Shady XV, as XV is light years better than Compton. :'(

    It's like I'm trying really hard to like it but I just can't do it other than a few moments here and there...I don't really know if any of these songs will be big on a mainstream level and I kinda agree that the majority of people outside of hardcore fans won't remember this album in a year or 2. It certainly doesn't have songs like the next episode, still D.R.E and forgot about Dre that you'll hear people playing everywhere for YEARS.

    Whatever, I'm still glad we got another Dre album. At least it's something I can go back to in the future and check out again. Maybe I'll get more into it over time but for now I like some of the verses and some of the beats, but don't really like the full songs other than 2 or 3 tops.

    I was very let down on first listen but as i continued to give it spins it grew on me quickly. Theres a few tracks that don't do it for me, however some tracks are so good that you cant deny the greatness within this tape.

    I like Talking To My Diary but no, Shady XV as a whole is so much better than Compton. Fine Line for example > Talking To My Diary.

    The Doctor gave you a good album and you talk s--- about it? Some people are so ungrateful. This is a s--- thread that can k--- people's hype and you don't even have good reasons to call it bad. If you expected a 2001 or Chronic, I'm sorry for you. But calling this album bad? Nope. This album is one of the greatest things that happened in hip-hop in years. n----s will call this album classic in a few years. Quote that.

    People expected a 2001 2.0 and now they are mad and wont give it a chance even though the doc give us the best album sind GKMC

    Everybody delivered on Compton. Even the new cats/features that I didn't knew left me a good impression. Compton missed some opportunities, it could've been even better but I'm fine with it.

    Not sure how the production was garabled at all or how you missed the clear Dre/90's west coast style production. Was it modernized? Yes but Dre's hand is clearly in the production throughout the album. It's All On Me, All In A Day's Work,Gone etc. all have clear Dre production traits.

    Also, calling the features on this album "losers" just because they might not be well known isn't criticism. How were the verses poorly written? What about the singing? For someone who thinks this album is that bad, you're being awfully vague.
