Feb 9, 2016 Ciara has filed a $15 million lawsuit against Future for alleged slander and libel, TMZ reports. According to TMZ, she cites several interviews and tweets in which Future, real name Nayvadius Cash, appears to challenge her mothering skills. She also disputes his claims regarding his access to their son, who is named Future. In one radio interview, Wilburn, responding to a picture of Ciara and her current partner Russell Wilson pushing baby Future in a stroller, reportedly said, "She probably set [Russell] up. You letting them catch that photo. Leave my son out of all the publicity stunts." According to TMZ, she also cites a series of tweets Future posted last month, in which hewrote, "This b---- got control problems ... I gotta go through lawyers to see baby future ... the fuckery for 15k a month."
