Aug 4, 2021 But isn't our plan to open borders and end lockdowns once 80% of the population is vaccinated. I think since they obviously can't drag people to get vaccinated like China, what's gonna happen is they will make life difficult for the unvaccinated such as can't travel interstate or go certain places and more and more jobs will require you to be vaccinated etc. This would force them to just get vaccinated themselves. At least until we hit the 80% mark. But I'm not sure if antivaxxers make up more than 20% of our population. I'd imagine if we were stuck with perpetual lockdowns and restrictions because we can't hit the 80% target due to more than 20% being antivaxxers, they would be blamed for keep the rest of us in lockdowns and closed borders and would prob start a wave of antivax lynching and pogroms. Maybe even elect a populist leader and confine anti vaxxers to ghettos to stop the spread. Eventually plan to ship them off to Christmas Island or something. But it'd be too much hassle so perhaps work camps might be better. Eventually they'd just decide maybe it's best anti vaxxers not to exist anymore. Then I'd assume a bill would pass through the senate to construct large chambers in said work camp. Idk just spitballing possible solutions to end our restrictions
