Dec 5, 2016 First of all : Sorry if this thread may seem repetitive, as we have seen a bunch of Campaign Speech threads already The thing which impressed me the most about the last Em track, was the alternating tone of voice he uses inside the verse, this is something rarely heard in HipHop (at least nowadays). The moment starts at 3:09 and finishes giving way to the Trump direct diss about a nuclear missile activation button. Just giving my piece of mind since I found it the best part of the 'song'... yet nobody ever mentions that when you take a look at the reviews. For me it's perfect since it gives a '' back & forth vibe'' , resembling an internal conflict between a dual personality (2 voices, em and slim) - just like the character Rainman, hence the reference in the line : ''Same d--- brain scan results as Rainman's is '' . It fits in the narrative, providing a storyline about his internal voices. What were your thoughts? P.S This is a Kielbasa , something she wants.
Dec 5, 2016 I f---ing HATE the voice changes. They completely ruin the flow of the song. Especially, when it is just for one bar then switches again. When he did it back in the day it wasn't as noticeable. Now, it is just f---ing annoying. He better not do that on this next album. f---.
