    I'd say that's correct. I thought this was kind of a consensus. He has some great beats on his resume.

    He’s got a very limited specific sound I think that sometimes really really works depending on the artist. Always though the sparseness rly suited him in his prime rly well..... artist against the world, Solitary, almost cheap minimalism that lets the confessional lyrics take center stage

    His production from 2002-2005 was very, very good. He fits his own beats perfectly but his sound is outdated imo
