Took me 45 hours of so, definitely a tough game. I literally played just about all weekend so I sunk a lot of time in then.

One of the easier bosses IMO. I'll be vague but make sure you pick the right option when you get to the end, its important.

Man f--- this game. I'm so f---ing bad at it. I've never played dark souls or anything and this game is not noob friendly. Going to take me a lot of patience and time to get anywhere in this game.

i hear ya. I enjoy the hack n slash combat but I f---ing hate how death is such an incorporating aspect of the game.

Couldn't finish dark souls, because my ps3 broke . So I am determined to finish this game. I so want to get it but I have to wait till June 20th once my A levels finish, then I'm going to merk this s--- all day.

Platinum achieved. Good game, i dont usually s---t for platinum trophies. I think this is only my 4th one. Now on to dark souls 2

Man, the first few hours of this game are brutal.

I'm doing good now though. I'm progressing really well. I just got to the Grand Cathedral checkpoint the other day.

Just ordered my copy, and will be getting it on Friday hopefully. I have played Dark souls 1 greatly when I had a ps3. However, my ps3 died out in February 2014 and haven't played a souls game since. Any starter tips, or anything I should look out for? No spoilers please.

great game tho

i'd choose the axe as your starting weapon if you want a little easier time..
the two handed version is great if you like to play high damage output over speed like the other weapons

Thanks, I should really have looked for the other thread, thanks for the link. I think I am going for the skill build rather then strength. So can or clever is my starter weapon.

Oh um this is awks. I created a thread about this game now, not knowing that there is one already. But I have posted in this. LOL
Anyway just ordered my copy now, hopefully will arrive by friday. I have been waiting to play this game since it got announced as dark souls was my favourite ps3 game. Had to wait for my exams to finish. Any tips? No spoilers please.
