    Good for you bro! honestly that's an accomplishment.

    I know we talked about sleep issues, I actually started taking shots at night so I can fall asleep lol. Not the best method but only thing I've found that works.

    these are actually good. I rather drink a hard seltzer than a light beer if I'm just doing it to watch weight

    Bud Light is decent-ish. for my Light beers I usually go Miller or Coors - don't know if you have those out there at all.
