Sep 22, 2015 I've been making beats for almost 2 years and I think I'm at the point where I want some feedback from people. I'm pretty new to SXN80 but been lurking around for a while. Would love to hear what you think of this, good or bad.
Sep 22, 2015 on the first beat, I feel like the way the sample is chopped up could've been a little better at times, as the melody at times is a little odd/repetitive, but overall not bad. However, I'm not a fan of that end part and I'm not sure what to say about that other than it sounds a little muddy and just sort of odd with the really low sample of whatever that is. second beat i like more, but there's something off about the way all the notes are interacting (specifically the synth), but that might be because the balance seems off, like all the samples and bass feels panned too far to the right, and so there's nothing on the left with the synth and it just sounds like it's mixed wrong because of it. fix that and I feel like it'll be a lot better, but again, not bad overall. and it was definitely interesting
