    I legit lost like 15 lbs over the two months I was in Mexico somehow despite eating al pastor tacos almost every day. Prob a combination of IF + being on my feet walking and exploring all day instead of working a computer job lol.

    During the week I'm vegetarian... but f--- oath I'll ruin my body on the weekend. Not really strict on it just trying to reduce the amount of meat I eat.

    All of our bodies are different, and we are all god's children
    for me, having a hearty breakfast + running in the morning was key. as was eliminating soda/snacking.
    but i still believe in three productive meals, incorporating veggies + chicken, without going overboard has been worthwhile and manageable

    I'm going to try this intermittent fasting thing. My main goal is to lose this "lockdown weight" quick.

    My biggest problem is the amount of beer I drink and late night snacking. Other than that I'm quite good with my food (lots of veggies, white meat only except on random occasions etc).

    So by fasting for 16 hours (I'm doing 10pm until 2pm) means I can drink and snack a bit in the evening but I'm on a leash and then skip breakfast and a snack or 2 in the morning/early afternoon. I'm on day 2, hour 15 of fasting at the moment. But I've also increased my exersise levels as well. Past 5 days I've walked c.20km a day with a bit of jogging (I've never liked running at all). Need to stick to just cardio for now as I'm due shoulder surgery soon so no point in creating a weight habit until that's healed.

    Back to work soon as well so I'll be cycling 20km a day as well. That'll def happen as I begrudge paying £100 a month for travel when it only takes 10mins longer to cycle.

    Anyway, like I said, my goal is to shred weight quick. I need to drop about 15kg/2.5 stone/35 pounds. I want to do this before mid-June. I'll then change diets to maintain weight and tone from there. 2 months before i go on holiday so should be enough time to tone to some extent.

    just make sure you're in a 400-600 calorie deficit. That pretty much guarantees weight loss no matter what you eat (tho its better to eat healthy if you are working out)
    I lost 15 pounds even while eating chips and a chocolate bar at night.

    I personally started keto and saw weight loss within a week or so but it was painful to get into it. After a month I got over the hump and saw a dramatic weight loss about 10 lbs in the 1st month. You have to adhere to a very good diet plan. People who thinks more of something is better is wrong, doing any kind of diet requires doing less and more time not eating.     Seen people who eat steak and butter everyday thinking that's keto. But it's not, keto means a very limited amount of protein, carbs, and higher amounts of saturated fats.

    Intermittent fasting works once somebody has become fat adapted so the body will burn bodyfat quicker.

    i wouldn't call mine a diet, but i have cut out all snacks though.

    I am on fasting right now. Want to lose 20 pounds. So smth like i am on a diet. I eat a lot of vegetables and don't eat anything floury at all. And I cook food for steam. So kinda

    On none except diabetic XD. I never thought that I would be on such a diet where it is forbidden to eat sweets or my favorite fast food. Now I buy ozempic online , vegetables and fruits to feel good. But there is a plus in this, I started doing sports. And I loved it and now I have a hobby that is good for my health

    Restarted my keto diet in November but paused it now for Christmas.

    I've lost 7kg/>1 stone/15lb in 2 months so I'm happy it's working for me. I'll get back on it from the 2nd Jan.

    It's not sustainable but it's easy enough to follow. But I give myself a cheat day every 2 weeks as well.
