8 o'clock in the morning I'll have fish and a rice cake
    At 10 o'clock I'll have fish
At 12 o'clock I'll have fish... and a rice cake
    At 2 o'clock I'll have fish
At... 4 o'clock just before I train, I'll have fish and a rice cake
    I'll train
    I'll have me fish
I'll come home and have some more fish with a rice cake
And then have some fish before I go bed

I have tried to correct my lifestyle over the last couple years. I’ve cut out sodas and sweets for the most part which felt hard at the time but I don’t have any desire to eat or drink anymore. I still struggle with food and feel there are too many opinions out there. I’ve slowly added certain veggies, fruit and healthy alternatives to my diet and hope that as I continue to do that I’ll cut out unnecessary foods.

Put on 15 pounds during lockdown. Lost all of it In 2 months after I started intermittent fasting (Got brainwashed by watching Kinobody/Greg o Gallagher’s videos into thinking IF is literally the second coming of Jesus)

I’ve stagnated on the same weight range for a while now after losing the initial weight. Dunno what I’m doing wrong.

Yup. Got probably at my heaviest during the start of the pandemic last year and had to make some changes. I’m now skinnier than I’ve been in a long time lol.

    my diet is pretty restrictive:
    No fatty/red meat
    A lot of fish
Elimination of carbs unless it’s whole wheat
Frozen Lean Cuisines/ Health choice meals
    Eggs
    No milk
Absolutely no juice ( I already eliminated Soda years ago). The only thing I drink besides regular water is Flavoured Sparkling Water or Kombucha when I'm feeling It
Black Coffee ( I switch to coffee and almond milk with two teaspoons of honey in the evening)
    Greek Yogurt
Chicken Breast (e.g. Curry chicken, chicken with brown rice,)
Been eating a lot of Kale

I'm a little over halfway of hitting my goal weight. Once I get to desired body fat percentage, i’ll probably switch up and start bulking up by eating more red meat (e.g. Steak and Asparagus) and generally eat more meat again.

Also, props to some of u posting such an exact schedule lol.

I could never do that. Both not thinking about it so specifically and not eating things I love.

    - I don't drink soda, I think that's a big win. I usually drink water, or coffee. And sometimes beer ofc.
    - I eat vegetables almost every day, and my go to meat is usually fish or chicken (both for health but also because I like it more)
    - I (try to) run at least 2 times a week and have a -long- walk at least every other day too
    - i make smoothies a few times a week using both fruit and vegetables, sometimes w milk too

    - I do snack, I can't leave chicken nuggets or chips when I'm watching a movie at night and I don't see this as a problem tbh.
    - pizza's/fastfood as a meal etc I eat like once or twice a month so not that often

My weight is 'normal' and I feel pretty good. I could loose a pound or 2 after winter but every year I loose a few and gain a few.

I do hate to eat bread in the morning though lol any suggestions that are easy (so doesn't take much time/trouble) for a healthy breakfast?

i’ve been intermittent fasting for a few months now. thought i would try it for a short period but now i honestly don’t think i’ll ever quit. it’s made me drop weight, but i wasn’t really trying to, and that has nothing to do with it—i just feel so much better all the time.

I've been inadvertently doing IF my whole life. I'm never hungry in the morning. Usually only eat between noon and 8

Not a diet but calorie counting has worked the best for me .

I know what my maintenance calories are to stay at the same weight , drop it a few hundred in a deficit or move more and I'll lose weight .

Don't have to restrict any types of food also so easier for me stick with it as I have a sweet tooth and can still eat chocolate .

True , but cause I don't have to restrict any foods doesn't really feel like a diet for me

I’m an endurance athlete. I eat 1 large meal a day (dinner at 5pm) and it’s whatever I want. I fast or snack on nuts, tbell burritos, fruit, candy, or chips from when I wake up until 5pm.

Winter time I watch myself a bit more because I ski 3-4 days a week. Lots of fun but don’t I burn as many calories than my usual workouts.

At the peak of summer I’m burning 3k-5k calories per day 4 days a week or so. At that point I literally just eat whatever the h--- I want. Couldn’t care less.

Right now I feel like DMX shi--ing my brains out and vomiting. I caught a stomach bug unfortunately. Ski season I’m around 175lbs but rest of the year I’m 168-172. 6ft 3in, so pretty lean.

I do still have revival in my ski/run/workout playlist. You can’t go wrong. The beat switch on Untouchsble is still f---ing incredible.

It's pretty easy to start doing it on accident and I've found it to be very effective—I started in mexico by happenstance just because so many food places didn't open until like 1PM so I'd just drink black coffee in the morn and then eat once around noon and once around 7PM. I mostly stuck with it in the states but I def fell off with evening snacking during quar (as well as consuming more sugar in general)

I still just eat twice a day usually (once at 10-11 and once at 5-6) but one of my next steps is getting back on track with IF. I'm also gonna do The Whole 30 again soon—def fad diet-y but it's not something you're supposed to do forever, just for 30 days. I've done it twice before and it's really great to reset your eating habits imo.
