    I gave up liquor, weed and cigs two months ago. Drink alot of water daily when tho I been slacking on it lately. Don't eat fast food at all and recently switched to organic meat.

    never had acne problems but it helps keep your skin clearer, and overall, you just feel better in general. also a better substitute because a lot of water makes you feel full so you stay away from higher calorie drinks.

    the only food i stay away from really is fast food, other than that I stuff my face and eat just about everything else. i weigh 185 pounds right now, don't plan to drop any weight or gain too much more.

    im not healthy at all, i've llost 60 lbs in a year because of adderall and have a terrible diet lol

    - I drink too much coffee
    - I don't smoke
    - I don't do drugs (and never done in my life)
    - I drink alcohol from time to time
    - I sleep like max 6 hours per day
    - I eat irregular, because of my chaotic college schedule... a lot of fast foods recently
    - I don't do sports anymore

    The good thing is I can eat a lot of food and still look skinny, without any exercises etc.

    I need to change my habits anyway, cause I feel tired everyday.

    Hitting the gym everyday is the best thing honestly. I k--- myself at the gym every time I go, it's a good release and also helps me get some sleep at night.

    I've cut down on drinking soda as well. Only time I really drink it is when I go out to dinner with friends or family but even then I don't always drink it. I used to drink so much soda it was pretty disgusting.

    I used to drink soda a lot but that s--- is so bad for you man lol. Wasn't hard for me to stop drinking it though.

    It really is. It makes you gain weight and almost impossible to lose it. My uncle a coupe years ago decided to go on a diet and he changed his eatting habits and would still drink soda but it was diet soda so he didn't think it'd be bad. He went like a month on this diet and saw minimal results. He cut the soda out and the next month he lost a good amount of weight.

    For me personally, it just really made me have low energy. I used to knock out 2+ cans a day and like I would have no energy to do anything. I did gain a little weight as well but it was nothing huge. I feel so much better now that I don't drink it as much anymore though.

    I think 10,000 steps is a healthy amount, I read a little into it when I got a Fitbit. 10,000 steps is roughly equal to 30 minutes of exercise I guess. Been doing it since Dec 2012, it keeps me motivated, although there are times when I'm lazy. If I go on a long run (5-6 miles) I'll pretty easily get 20k in a day.

    My best streak is 57 days straight though. Right now I'm on a 23 day streak.

    I'm healthier than i used to be, due to me taking in sprinting as a hobby, i lost like 80 lbs since i started about half a year ago. I feel much better in general than i used to, more energetic, less sluggish, etc.

    But, i still gotta work on my WOAT eating habits.

    Don't drink alcohol
    Only drink water or milk and rarely juice like Ocean Spray
    Don't smoke
    Go to the gym every other morning (started almost 3 weeks ago)
    No fast food anymore (been about a month, except take out Chinese last week)

    I used to be healthy as f---, top athlete swimmer, on some Michael Phelps diet for real. Qualified for OL in Rio 5-6 months ago.
    I quit swimming 2-3 months ago and now I'm just living life
