    I think it’s fair to scoff at someone who’s risking infection cuz they want a haircut vs someone risking infection to protest police brutality. Is it risky either way? Sure. I also think it’s a perfectly reasonable POV for someone to not going out to protest because they’re afraid of getting or spreading the virus. I’m someone who’s prone to catching cold and flu bugs so I’ve also been grappling with whether I should go out at all both to protect myself and to protect others in the case that I catch it and spread it whole asymptomatic.

    it’s an interesting sorta philosophical question to think about what being “right” actually means because like you said MAGA people think they’re “right” just as much as much as we think we’re “right” for thinking he’s a disgrace to our country. But at a certain point I also think it’s OK to move past that because we can continue down a ridiculous rabbit hole of “well, Hitler thought he was right...” and stuff like that, you know? Obviously most things have a bigger gray area than Hitler (at least if you’re not spacemonkey) but you know what I mean.

    Rotten system doesn't mean all bad individuals. You can argue that burning houses down is a bad thing but that doesn't mean all of the people protesting are bad people

    ok, ive seen this long enough. did you grasp the essence of my post? why fixate on "apparently" nobler - what does it matter what the cause is amid a pandemic. is there hypocrisy exposing people to covid potentially bc the cause happens to be greater??? implicitly u agree w me IMHO bc (i think) u havent joined the masses, right? apologies if im wrong... but do you see what my Actual point is

    edit: like to MAGA their cause is more worthy than BLMs. hence apparently, not an endorsement

    and AND that these mass gatherings were in flagrant disregard for the state's public health standards. ffs.

    I mean I think ending police brutality is unequivocally a more noble cause than anything the alt-right could possible care about so I’m not sure what you’re getting at tbh. If you’re of the mind that rioting is never justified then we’re just at an impasse here.

    something tells me there’s not much overlap between people protesting to reopen the economy so they could die of COVID at Hooter’s and the people protesting to stop police brutality...........

    Most had mouth masks, most kept distance and they were peaceful

    Also police isn't interfering they are just there to make sure everything goes well. Proud!

    Can you “prove” the Israeli police had intent in this situation?

    what Israel is doing to Palestine is especially disgusting in the grande scheme of things but I don’t understand what you accomplish with mental gymnastics like this to discredit the plight of black people in America.

    1- no it wont eventually reopen. Not all closed business will magically reopen. Thats not how real life works
    2- dont lie. U will never willingly go for unemployment payroll unless ur current employer is paying u less than min wage
