Stay Who You Are 15. You & Me Going beyond freeform jazz. A gem of a ballad album, with romantic melodies by Uyama Hiroto, leading you from the world of motion to the world of stillness in an emotional and gentle way. It's been seven years since "Freeform Jazz" was released as a new frontier for Hiroto Uyama. And it's been 10 years since the release of "Freedom of the Son." The story beyond that has been carefully crafted and elaborated over the years. Everything on earth cannot exist without one. Light and shadow, yin and yang, stillness and movement. Without movement there is no stillness, and conversely, without stillness there is no movement. If "Freeform Jazz" represents the outward expression of Uyama Hiroto's surging emotions and energy, released through an explosion of sound, then this album, "Breath of Love," is the opposite of that, projecting his calmer emotions and inner self. In order to express a certain atmosphere, this album was produced by unifying the tones used in all the songs. He played everything from the keyboards, guitar, bass, and beats himself, as well as the S.SAX and T.SAX that he usually uses in live performances. The participating artists include Substantial and J Soul, who are based in Virginia, USA, and who have collaborated with Hiroto Uyama on his first title work, as well as Marter, whose amazing singing voice was shown on the project album "magicnumber." And COMA-CHI, who resonated with Uyama on "Freeform Jazz" and released the Japan-themed album "Japanoia" as a collaboration, participates in this work under her alias Reinaria, adding color to the songs. No matter which song you listen to, they are undoubtedly melodic and romantic, but listening to the album as a whole tells a story, sometimes emotional, sometimes gentle, and sometimes nostalgic, and including the historical background and influences of the songs, it is an album that expresses a calm and deep inner world that cannot be described in a single word. Please experience the world of Uyama Hiroto's new album.
