    Completely directionless and devoid of fun despite it being intended to be fun, a real shame cause Chance has everything I look for in a rapper, for some reason those elements just don't ever amount to something I can throughly enjoy.

    A lot of people hate on coloring book and i get it—it's definitely too long and sorta one note, there's not really any stakes. But I love most of the songs on it individually.

    Chance would really benefit from an editor.

    The fact that his first "official album" is his least cohesive project is beyond ironic. @Big Cuntry described it perfectly: flat.

    Half way through right now and this is a---. At least coloring book has no problems and same drugs that I’ll play to this day but so far this has nothing I want to even listen to a second time

    Obviously just a marketing ploy, but like I said I don’t even think as s--- as albums or mixtapes anymore. Just projects. Unless it’s Wayne going over industry beats then it’s not a mixtape to me.
