Dec 3, 2021 co-sign! Gun owners need to be held responsible for their negligence. That kid should have never had access to a firearm.
Dec 5, 2021 *Looks @Sandy Hook Elementary and Dark Knight Rises Shootings* I don't even like that idiotic negro you speakin' of, but still....
Dec 5, 2021 n-----, go listen to some beach house jams and imagine women are parading around you doing the same two tacky a--- dance moves to Pitbull and Flo Rida music. *Shudders* I realize Salt Bae likes that type of music as well. This is a serious subject. Sometimes, unfair s--- happens. Breonna Taylor situation still not making complete sense to me, but you prolly wanna say, "She shouldn't have stayed with her dope dealer boyfriend and he shouldn't have shot back when the police officers started letting bullets fly at Breonna and him without warning." Shaddup about hating the truth. Europe's countries are more-than-likely no better with that s---, little a--- boy.
Dec 5, 2021 No I think if you k--- multiple people you deserve to rot, especially if you're killing children. You also have the right to get mental health treatment but that doesn't change the fact that they murdered other kids.
Dec 5, 2021 That’s the whole paradox here is that the shooter is a child themself that probably wasn’t fully aware of the seriousness of what they were doing. Both due to lack of maturity due to his age but also due to what seems like mental health issues. Obviously he deserves to serve time, I just think it’s very unethical to charge children as adults. We have that distinction for a reason & it should be maintained. We have no idea the kind of person this kid will be when he’s in his 30s or 40s. Nobody stays the same person they were when they were 15. With the proper medical support, you would hope he could improve himself.
Dec 5, 2021 I understand what you're saying an I agree with it to an extent, of course everyone should be entitled to rehabilitation and betterment but at the same time if they weren't fully aware of the seriousness of the situation then they're f---in stupid mental health issues or not. Of course people deserve a second chance, but it's a little hard to think about doing that with someone who murdered 3 kids ya know?
Dec 5, 2021 Because of lax laws children are constantly used in the drug trade and murders. If you k--- someone intentionally you need to be put down
Dec 6, 2021 Why am I not shocked the guy who defended a thug named Lil Homicide is now defending and humanizing a mass shooter? https://archive.vn/9Za3d
Dec 6, 2021 Yeah, when your 15 and c---- around you are selling drugs I will say from first hand experience it's quite empowering knowing you can never go to jail until the age of 17/18
Dec 6, 2021 Yeah, it’s definitely difficult but people need to move away from the idea that the criminal justice system is just a means for vengeance. It’s not just a system for punishment but also rehabilitation. In a more stable/responsible environment, this kid doesn’t have means to do what he did & he’s getting the mental help he needs. That’s really how I see it. If killing people for doing horrid things actually prevented future horrible things from happening, I would be a big supporter of death penalty. It doesn’t though. It doesn’t deter crime at all. For someone who b------s & complains about being labeled a nazi, it’s weird to see you so h--- bent on judging a child for what others called him lol.
Dec 6, 2021 I didn't say it did. I think the families of the victims should have final say. If you premeditatedly k--- someone you deserve to die as well. no need in wasting tax payer money to be "rehabilitate" someone. Personally I would want the person to rot in jail for the rest of their life since death is too quick, but the families should make that decision
Dec 6, 2021 There’s some aspects of restorative justice im fine with. Having the victims have some sort of say but not final word in sentencing I think is fine. Here in SF, our DA has implemented a similar policy where victims of violent crimes can offer their opinion to the DA office as to whether they want them to press charges or essentially offer a plea deal that requires the suspect to undergo some kind of training or rehabilitation program instead. There has to be limitations to this though because victims to these kinds of crimes are naturally going to be emotional. We don’t live in medieval Europe. The accused deserve a fair & just process that benefits society as a whole. Like I said, the criminal justice system shouldn’t be a means for vengeance. That’s not its purpose.
