    in their state constitution - same as nebraska. they give the 2 senate votes to the state winner and the house votes to the winner of each district.

    Maine and Nebraska award votes for the winner of the state and then single votes for the winner of district. Honestly kinda makes more sense especially for smaller states. Haven’t thought enough about how it would work in like CA or TX to know if it would have repercussions in big states lol
