WPG is right in the aspect that there’s nothing in writing that specifically states what to do if a presidential candidate dies a month before the election. There is uncertainty but the most sensible course of action would be Pence is the head of the ticket & the election continues as planned. Calls for a re-vote would have to go through the courts & that would be a LENGTHY process that is a) unlikely to succeed & b) would take months for the courts to reach a final decision.
