    I hope Schumer follows through with his 'nothing off the table if they confirm her' promises.

    in the first session they need to:
    - pass a green jobs act + stimulus
    - remove filibuster
    - make DC and PR states
    - add a public option to Obamacare
    - expand court to 15 seats + add 25 year term limits
    - mandatory mask mandate
    - $15 minimum wage

    I'll never be out of work, I do so much more than work in oilfields and every time I leave I don't care if I ever go back to one... plus, I'm already wealthy.

    There is only one fracking operation going on in Alaska that employs a handful of people and they are only operating because they signed a lease that forces them to produce when Obama was President... the company is taking huge losses and more than likely hopes the government shuts them down so they can survive as a business.

    Biden isn't a threat to me or Alaska at all.

    I work in the oil industry and I'm not confused.

    Oil companies aren't in business to lose money. Fracking costs them money... and bad press. They have scaled down fracking to almost no production right now. They only frack to keep their leases because the government forces them to... or they wouldn't be doing it at all.

    lol I've gotten a bunch of fliers from the Georgia Democratic Party in the mail and half of them don't even have joe on them just Obama encouraging you to vote for Joe and for Raphael Warnock for senate. There's also one where where Kamala is big in the foreground with Joe smaller and slightly blurred out in the background lol

    it’s tricky because race has historically disadvantaged (“disadvantaged”) people and continues to disadvantage them today, but that divide is also used as a wedge by the upper class. challenge for this century is to work to combat racial inequality while creating transracial class solidarity.

    But would you agree there is a very large and loud portion of the left that thinks being white= cake walk. IMO privliege is entirely a socioeconomic thing and has zero to do with race.

    pls stop jerking yourself off on a message board to feel superior to grimace. we can all admit that denying public sector workers their bargaining rights a. is part of a broader push to erode all labor power in the country, b. has serious material impact on workers, especially re: their healthcare, and c. is completely antithetical to everything the democratic party claims to stand for.
