The only issue I still have with KD is the fact he was up 3-1 to the Warriors and failed then joined them. Ik Lebron set the precedent with this super team s---, so it's karma coming back at him. But at least he didn't end up joining the Celtics after the 2010 playoffs. Ik the did join Wade and bosh but still. The circumstances are a bit different.

to each their own, but people who try to discredit or put an asterisk to his ring are salty cornballs. at the end of the day he was the best player on a great team and put up one of the greatest finals performances I've ever seen in my lifetime.

The ending of the finals showed one thing, LeBron could probably average 50ppg by just driving down the lane every possession.

Woj saying on his podcast that Blake to the Celtics might be more likely then Hayward. Doesn't matter who they get it won't be enough to beat Golden St.. Think the gap between Amir and Blake is more significant then the gap between Crowder and Hayward. Obviously health is the biggest knock on Blake, but again its not gonna matter anyways and also think Blake might be someone who can recruit other big names.

If they sign Blake roster would look something like

    Griffin/Zizic
    Horford/Yabusele
    Crowder/Brown
    Bradley/Smart
    Thomas/Fultz/Rozier

Thats not including what they do with their 3 second rounders (#'s 37, 53 & 56 which i see at least 2 being stashes). It would be a unique roster of win now guys and 6 1st rounders coming off the bench (3 high lotto). I'd say that moving one of AB/IT would make sense, but think it hurts their ability to bring in a Blake or Hayward. Another loss to the Cavs in the 18 playoffs would make it easy to move on from AB/IT + sign Smart and have Fultz start at PG and either Smart at or Brown at SG.

Thats not even touching on the 5 1st rounders they have in 18/19. They have their own in those 2 years which will be high 20's, Nets 18 which will be top 5, Memphis 19' (top 8 prot. in 19', top 6 in 20' and unprotected in 21) which i think will be good because Memphis is old as f--- and then Clippers 19' 1st rounder (lotto prot. in 19/20 or turns in 2022 2nd rounder). Clippers pick is a wild card, tbh it might not convey into a 1st.

Even if they don't get one of Hayward/Blake the C's are in a good spot going forward.

Jerry West taking a role with the clippers now, leaving golden state.

Kevin Ding, Lakers reporter said West tried hard to get back to the Lakers but there 'wasn't a good fit.'

Smh, Lakers stay making idiotic moves and non-moves. He's just got a d--- consultant role, how could they not even make that work? Lol.
