Feb 14, 2017 Conveying emotion is a talent tho not being emotional I think you mean Conveying emotion > technical skill
Feb 14, 2017 Lots of reasons really... Cuz he died when he was in his prime(think if Em died around 8 mile), cuz he had lots of charisma and a very strong personality, cuz he wanted to make a difference in the world and be much more than just a rapper, cuz he was great at the soft stuff and the hard stuff, cuz there wasn't an issue he was afraid to speak on, cuz he was a very interesting person outside of music as well, reached people on an emotional level more than probably any other rapper, influenced lots of other rappers etc. Some pretty idiotic responses in this thread tbh, people acting like he's not considered one of the best ever lol. Nothing wrong with not liking him, but pretending he's irrelevant and didn't connect with many and make a huge impact is pretty ridiculous. Pac the person>Pac the rapper, I'm a huge fan of both though.
Feb 14, 2017 Because he shot two cops and stuffed a champagne bottle into a girl's butthole... And he was a poet. And the emotions he put on the record. And his hooks. And his singing. And white girls at Starbucks love him. Plus, us Generation X'ers are imposing our taste on you stupid millennials... Like the Baby Boomers tried to do to us... Only it didn't work because we were bad a--- individualists.
Feb 14, 2017 Sad sad day for me when Young Thug is considered a legend and Tupac is basically remembered by most of you for.....doing ballet and his bathtub picture lol.. No wonder I never discuss music on here anymore. Out.
Feb 14, 2017 Alot of people consider Muhammed Ali the greatest boxer of all time, alot of it had to do with what he was doing outside the ring. I think its similar with pac, hes considered a goat cause he was alot more than a rapper.
