Pretty sure Luke Cage is in the finale of Born again S2 next month. I can’t wait! He basically confirms he is back. You know they gonna play some Wu Tang when he appears

Filming starts this Year! In just a couple months we will get casting for the MCU X-men! Not a coincidence Sadie sink scheduled cleared for later this year. That’s our new face of marvel. I’m calling it now @DiggleDogg69 @Ripper Roo

Smart to start filming later this year. Loving this trend of nearly 18 months of post. They need to stick the landing with the new X-Men and this is a promising first step

On the real tho. I hear she has a 3 movie deal contract that was signed last February with marvel. Lines up with reports that came out this time last year she was gonna be in Spider-Man. Then a few months ago they said she is confirmed to appear in an avengers movie and one more movie in development. Most likely x-men 1. 3 appearances to solidify the x-men and her as one of the main faces for the future. Just like how Tobey and Hugh are iconic in thier roles.

Rumor going around that Micheal Leslie script for X-Men will be the flip of Fantastic four first steps. Where in F4 they are celebrated as heros, Protectors and cultural icons…. The MCU X-men will be ostracized by the public. A reflection of the 1950's-70's where it's romanticized as a prime time but in reality was the height of social injustice and bigotry.



If this is true, it could be a great commentary on how society paints an illusion over the atrocities committed to minorities. America was praised during world war 2 for expanding freedom and democracy globally, but in reality there were actually interment camps for Asians in America during the whole war, African Americans soldiers were still facing Jim Crow laws when they return home, and even Vietnam was a protested war and soldiers dealt with hate and unemployment when returning home. If Fiege can take these themes of heros feeling rejected into a modern superhero movie then this could be the shift that the MCU needs to be both timely and realistic.
