Depends on the definition of OP I guess.

He was on Awful Records prior to signing with ASAP Mob (and released stuff as far back as 2011 under a diff rap name) but his mainstream introduction was prob with his feature on cozy tapes or with his self titled album. Or u could argue Broke Boi was the turning point which was in 2015.

WLR is a classic regardless tho

His Fetti single with maxo and dash was pretty big in 2015 and remember him on a few features before then

    my bad, ese.

I also don’t think the gay vampire yelling repetitve s--- is a classic, so no classics then, at least when it comes to rap.

I dont think you really understand what a classic album is. Regardless of you not liking WLR its a classic because unlike your trash a--- albums that album birthed a whole genre in rap and is still gettin plays til this day

    • ? by XXXTENTACION
    • Death Race for Love by Juice WRLD
    • Come Over When You’re Sober by Lil Peep
These artists defined emo rap, and when they died, so did the subgenre.

Also Drip Harder by Lil Baby & Gunna

Rage. It made the whole underground use rage beats. Even Trippie Redd made a rage album. Yeat’s beats are inspired by them

I guess that s--- just isn’t for me. But when it comes to emo rap, --- and Juice were the guys.

    Trippie also sucks

Yeah, I wish they didn’t die. They would’ve gone on to be huge superstars that push rap forward. --- would’ve been locked up if he stayed alive though. 17 by --- is also a special album to me.
