    but yeah, Ole messed up big time tactically. Parking the bus against them was embarrassing even with ten men.


    I will say this. It took Sir Alex Ferguson 7 seasons to win the league!


    Ole needs time. I’m happy to give it him, but he still needs to be winning trophies even if it’s the FA Cup or Milk Cup

    Honestly I thought we would too. Too much firepower for them. Of course, the red card and Lingard gifting them a goal is out of Ole’s control but he truly baffled me with his in-game management. The moment he went with 5 at the back at half time I knew the loss (or draw) was inevitable. We just invited pressure on us. We have the quality to beat them with 10 men but we really fumbled it.

    10 men really puts coaching into the spotlight. If that was Tuchel, we’d have won. What he’s done in such a short period with Chelsea is remarkable. As much as I love Ole because of how he’s transformed our team & spirit etc, I can’t help but feel he’s out of depth in situations like this, which will ultimately make us not seriously compete.

    I think the only way Ole wins the CL/Prem is if we have an undeniable team with great players in every position i.e., we sign a world class competent DM + some squad depth. He couldn’t coach a team into a title winning team like Tuchel/Conte etc. He’s basically got to build a super-team to make up for his lack of tactical ability.

    I think Tuchel/Conte would win plenty of trophies with this United squad. It’s good enough. But I’ll give Ole until the end of this season before I judge too much. He’s clearly a great man-manager & knows how to build a squad. I still think a trophy this season is possible.

    Ole’s in game management is awful

    People are being way too reactionary on Sancho. He typically starts seasons a bit slow.

    Well I said that since the beginning, seems like he can't adapt to English football and he is not the only one coming from Bundesliga that has this problem.

    Hope he can somehow find a way to fit it and not end up playing for Burnley in 2 years.
