Mar 17, 2023 Evil Dead has never missed! Really looking forward to it, one of the only horror franchises where the modernized remake is also solid.
Mar 17, 2023 So watched 2 """horror"""" movies today... well at least thats what the title said. Ready or Not I liked this one a lot. Honestly to me its more of a thriller.. I guess the gives it the horror label. But it was fun, never boring and the ending was good. Nothing more, nothing less. 7/10 Bird Box I wanna say so many good things about this movie, but the truth is that this never makes any sense. Its full of clichés, ending is lame and zero character development. The reason I want to like its because its a beautiful movie and I love the premise.. but they did nothing with it. When the movie ends its like a million times: why? So many questions unanswered that you can't really call it a satisfying watch. 5/10
Mar 17, 2023 Haha yeah, I always take what Marsh says with a grain of salt. Sometimes I completely agree with him, other times not so much
Mar 17, 2023 Yeah, the premise is really good and the original trilogy still holds up today as good and goofy horrors. I hope it turns into an horror, anthology series one day, as there is lot of interesting stories you can tell with the concept. Better than just remaking the OG movie again etc and just leave the Ash universe alone for good now. Which I think they’re doing with Rise.
Mar 18, 2023 Bodies Bodies Bodies ending is stupid and realistic at the same time these days . Movie isn’t anything special though.
Mar 23, 2023 at 5:01 PM I thought it was better than it had any business being. Wasn’t too meta but still got its commentary across. The kills were great. Ghostface was used very, very well in my opinion, especially the train scene. Wish I got around to watching the last one, im sure I would have enjoyed this more, but it didn’t detract from my viewing. I was right and wrong about who the killer was. I would watch this again.
